How do we find fulfillment in a world that's constantly changing?

do you have this kind of feeling?

you are busy every day!you have a lot of things to do。

you read a lot of books。u learn multiple courses, and you joined several Camp。

But at the end of it all, you felt stressed; u felt anxious. u felt a bit trapped.

The world around me was moving very quickly.

How do I keep up with all this? How do we find fulfillment in a world that's literally changing as fast as we can think, or maybe even faster?

there is a passageon the book called The Tao Te Ching: The Book of the Way and Its Virtue

How do we find fulfillment in a world that's constantly changing?

    and the English meaning is。

"The supreme goodness is like water. It benefits all things without contention. In dwelling, it stays grounded. In being, it flows to depths. In expression, it is honest. In confrontation, it stays gentle. In governance, it does not control. In action, it aligns to timing. It is content with its nature and therefore cannot be faulted."

there are some lessons we can learn from water。

The first lesson is about humility.

water is always staying low, so it can flow into the river,

instead of acting like I know what I'm doing or I have all the answers, it's perfectly OK to say, "I don't know. I want to learn more, and I need your help."

instead of doing things where I can get ahead, it so much more fulfilling and meaningful to help other people overcome their challenges so they can succeed

The second lesson is about harmony.

when water is flowing towards a rock, it will just flow around it.

It doesn't get upset, it doesn't get angry, it doesn't get agitated.

water is able to find a solution without force or conflict

just shift the focus from trying to achieve more success to trying to achieve more harmony

simply being who you are, rather than who you are  supposed to be or expected to be.

    in fact,Nature does not hurry
