Courage

I do not ask to walk the smooth paths

Nor bear an easy load.

I pray for strength and fortitude

To climb the rock-strewn road.

Give me such courage and I can scale

The hardest peaks alone,

And transform every stumbling block

Into a stepping stone.

Real Change Starts from The Inside

There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is you.

You are the only person who can revolutionize your life.

You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success.

You are the only person who can help yourself.

Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your partner changes.

Your life changes when you change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.

The most important relationship you can have, is the one you have with yourself!

Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don't be afraid of difficulties, impossibilities and losses. Be a winner, build yourself and your reality.

The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of the thoughts in which one has strongly believed.

If an egg is broken from outside force, life ends. If an egg is broken from inside force, life begins.

Great things always begin from our inside as it's the way you face life that makes the difference!

真正的改变是从内部开始的

只有一个人能够限制你的成长：那就是你。

你是唯一能改变你生活的人。

你是唯一能影响你的幸福，你的实现和你的成功的人。

你是唯一能帮助自己的人。

当你的老板变了，你的朋友变了，你的父母变了，你的伴侣变了，你的生活不会改变。

当你改变了，当你超越了你的极限信念，当你意识到你是唯一对你的生活负责的人时，你的生活就会改变。

你能拥有的最重要的关系，就是你与自己的关系！

检查你自己，注意你自己。不要害怕困难、不可能和损失。做一个赢家，建立你自己和你的现实。

世界就像一面镜子：它把自己坚信的思想的倒影还给任何人。

如果鸡蛋被外力打破，生命就结束了。如果一个鸡蛋被外力打破，生命就开始了。

伟大的事情总是从我们的内心开始，因为你面对生活的方式才是与众不同的！

㈠在面包店，我为了买奶酥面包或花生面包而迟疑半天，因为两种我都爱吃，但一天只能吃一种。后来我买了奶酥面包，是不得不作的选择。

排队结账的时候，我想到，买面包时的迟疑就像人生里的每一个选择一样：我们要买一条吐司容易，但选择面包的馅儿就难；我们要生活很容易，但生活得有内容、有滋味就难。

人生的追求也是如此，有的人只顾物质而不顾心灵；有的人为了强调心灵而鄙视物质；只有视野开阔的人，才知道心灵与物质平衡的重要。

物欲的追求与心灵的追求乃是天平的两端，一个有慧心的人自然可以找到既可充饥又好吃的面包。

㈡无论过去，现在，还是将来，平凡而普通的人们，永远是一个国家的绝大多数人。任何一个国家存在的意义，都首先是以他们的存在为存在的先决条件的。
