As we all know,men always have more priorities than women in Chinese long history,and this sutuation still exists these days.It's a fact that women face many unfair things just becase of their gender.Do you remember when you are ready to find a job, you are refused by the interviewer for the reason that you are a woman and shouldn't have such an ability?Think about that your husband required you to stay home to care for children and just cook deals instead of working out?you probably say yes to all of these things but here are a couple of thoughts on how women should tackle this.

First,you should have the awareness that you are also a man and ought to have the same rights,Then,you need learn more knowledge to ensure you have enough abilities to be competent for a job.Third,you need a talk.Find a time to talk with your husband and make him acknowledge your status.

I have the faith that oneday women can walk the same way men go as well.And with the development of the society,inequality will disappear.
