    远程监控和操作

    DCS控制总线
    这是连接操作站,控制站,网关等站的实时控制总线(DCS供应商的专有总线)。其可以是单冗余或双冗余总线。

    可以通过Ethernet连接Exasmoc站,Exaopc站,APC操作站和可选的远程操作/监控站。

    网关

    B2 窗口配置
    为了监控和操作投用工厂的Exasmoc多变量优化控制器,请在HIS上准备这些窗口。操作员可以通过这些窗口访问和设置Exasmoc数据。这些面板不仅与标准HIS窗口一起显示在HIS屏幕上,还可以显示在Exasmoc站或远程监控/操作站的屏幕上。
    在CENTUM VP中,Exasmoc / Exarqe R4根据应用程序的使用提供了3种类型的HMI。

    • 在APC服务器(执行Exasmoc / Exarqe控制的地方)和APC客户端,rich client-type HMI(富余客户端型HMI)与R3系统中的传统HMI相同。如下一会话中所示,HMI将更新格式化以匹配CENTUM VP面板。在富余客户端中,支持多个APC服务器来访问一个客户端中的数据。
    • 在CENTUM VP HIS站中,相同类型的面板也显示为Rich client(富余客户端)。不同之处在于HIS支持一个APC服务器,并且面板需要从标准面板更改。
    • 为了从其他仪器室或办公桌等位置远程访问APC数据,可通过Web服务器使用thin client(精简客户端)面板,同时需要考虑相关的安全问题。
      B2.1 主窗口配置
      主窗口用于监视和控制Exasmoc多变量控制器。它由以下部分组成。

    Remote monitoring and operation
    This is an optional package; it will help process control engineer to remotely access Exasmoc controller using Windows computer and Visual Basic (VB).
    DCS control bus
    This is real time control bus (DCS vendor’s proprietary bus) which links stations such as operator stations, control stations, gateway etc. This can be single or dual redundant bus.
    Ethernet
    Exasmoc station, Exaopc station, APC operator station and optional remote operation/monitoring station can be connected via Ethernet.
    Gateway
    The gateway is used to link DCS control bus with Ethernet. The Gateway is generally provided by DCS vendor as a part of vendor’s DCS.

    B2. Window Configuration
    In order to monitor and operate the Exasmoc multi variable optimizing controller for your plant operation, these Windows are prepared on HIS. Operator can access and set the Exasmoc data through these Windows. These panels are not only displayed on HIS screens along with standard HIS Windows, but also displayed on the screen of Exasmoc station or remote monitoring/operation station.
    In CENTUM VP, Exasmoc/Exarqe R4 provides 3 types of HMIs according to the application usage.
    -In APC server (where Exasmoc/Exarqe control are executed) and APC client the rich client-type HMI are provided same as the conventional HMI in R3 system. HMI formatted is updated to match CENTUM VP panels as is shown in the next session. In rich clients multiple APC servers are supported to access data in one client.
    -In CENTUM VP HIS station, the same type panels are also displayed as Rich client. The difference is that HIS supports one APC server and the panel change from standard panel is requested.
    -In order to access APC data from other instrument rooms or office desk, remote places, thin client panels are available via Web Server, taking into account the secure and security issues.
    B2.1. Main Windows Configuration
    Main window is used to monitor and control Exasmoc multi- variable controller. It consists of the following parts.
