最近准备MEM复试中，按照往常，复试是纯面试的，没有笔试，内容：口语+综合+专业知识+时政（占分值的50%）。
自己的管综和英语成绩参照去年2019的国家A线（英语不低于42，管综不低于84，合计不低于170）是过了的，但是34所985/211自划线的院校，最近的厦大往年管综划线是100，自个差了2分，心里已经做好调剂福大或者华大的准备。
按照厦大去年复试公布时间（3月6号）和进入复试环节（3月10号）的时间差是4天，所以真正等复试公布出来再准备复试，肯定是来不及的。
参照一些培训机构的做法，今日开始就要做好复试的各项准备，不管能不能上厦大。
首先是英文自我介绍，百度了知乎，还有各种抖音的MEM面试介绍，先打下草稿，以下为整理的部分。

#. 985工程的目标是形成一批达到国际先进水平的学科，形成一批世界一流大学。简单说，985大学为了形成一批精品的大学，是为了让培养一批国际著名大学，其视野在于国际。
#. 211工程主要着眼于国内，建设一批国内知名学校和重点学科。简单说，就是提高国内整体的教育质量，打造更多在国内有影响力、有实力的大学，其视野在于国内。

My name is Rick. Thanks for giving me this chance to introduce myself.it's a great honor.
First, i'd like to go over a little bit about my family and myself, and then go to the reason why i want to take the education of Fuzhou University MEM project.
I'm from ZhangZhou, an flower city in south of Fujian province , and i have get married with a lovely daughter at primary school, and my wife work for an educational organization.
I studied at JM University and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Mechanical design and its automation.
After graduation i joined the company of HX, an aircraft maintenance enterprise with a total of 5000 staffs.
I was in manufacturing department and was mainly focus on process development for part production，and solve problems during first article inspection and mass production.
I have learned a lot from trainee to senior Engineer during the past more than 10 years in engineering department.
First, if you feel exhausted, go swimming.Sports would make you relaxed and more energic;
Second, a man's major and technical skills are only basic elements in getting a job.
But more management ability is needed if you want to go further.
And I think to take a comprehensive and systematic learning of engineering management would be the best choice,
Second,how to dealt with interpersonal relations would play a more important role in getting work done.
Third, no cooperation ,no success.
Four, a man should always keep an eyes in making progress and should not always stay in the comfort zone.Go out and take some challenge please.
I found i still cannot get a bird's-eye view of the engineering department or even the whole manufacturing business, so i realize i need to find the answer。
Occasionnaly, i found my WeChat dialogue history with a PMP instructor 1 years ago, so i take a PMP course immediately in 2019 Dec.
But it turns out to be far more enough after getting the PMP certificate, i need a more comprehensive education about the management.
So I resigned in August 2019 and started the way to pursuing my studies spare most of my time in prepare for the exams. After about half year's 4 months' hard work， I'm finally standing here before you honorable professors now.
so I am here.
and I wish professors would give me a chance to fulfill my dream.

I'm from ZZ，a beautiful city in east of Fujian province.
2. What kind of landscape surrounds your hometown?
My hometown are surrounded by mountains，and there are lots of hot springs;
3. What do you do during the Spring Festival?
As the outbreak of novel coronavirus epidemic, the whole family stayed at home all the time in Spring Festival.So we do exercises and reading and playing games at home.
4.Tell me something about the customs of your hometown.
The people in my hometown enjoyed a hot-spring bath on cold days especially during the Spring Festival, we believe the nature hot spring would clean not only our body, but also the bad things would be cleaned away and bring us luck。
5.Could you tell me something about your family?
My parents are running a small business in the village where I born at.They are kind and hardworking.
I am proud of them as they start their business from zero。
6. What social responsibilities should a post-graduate take?
I believe a post-graduate should first make himself strong, only then he would make a contribution to the world and society.Imagine that after 3 years study, a post-graduate cannot make his own living ,how can he to help others?

Only if the professor are reasonable, but if the professors are unreasonable, how would that happen?
so I think no matter who the professor is in future, I would take it and cherish the chance.

Friendship means a lot for me, it's not only a part of my life but also an important part.
We could share happiness as well as sorrow.When I feel down, friends would encourage and motive me.
I usually make friends with the same hobbies or characteristic.

well，I'm major in Mechanical design and its automation.i love my major, it helps me to take a job and join my first company.that I can make my own living.
My major help me to see the world in a view of point of manufacturing industry.

11. What impressed you most when you were at university?
From my point of view now, the most impressive thing was I did not recognize the meaning of study at university.If I had realize the importance of knowledge, i would work hard and take a post-graduate course right away after graduation.

for me, I don't think there are best university, there are only suitable university.there are lots of things need to be concern when we choose a university, like our budget, the location of school, our age and family etc.
