[Using English Everyday]38/365

I have run 3.35 miles this morning. The rain stopped and the road was wet. And i felt tired. So i ran slowly.

After running, i took a shower then went to work.

Now i am tired and want to take a nap. But i should finish the writing first. I try to write fast.

I have practiced reading english for 8 days. I just read for several minutes every time. I am sure that i can promote my spoken english skills by practicing reading english.

Today i practiced reading english after lunch. now i have to take a nap and let my whole body to have a relaxation.
