bowtie1和bowtie2安装
[root@xxx opt]# vim /etc/profile
- 加入它们的地址
#bowtie 1&2
export PATH=/opt/bowtie2-2.3.1-legacy:$PATH
export PATH=/opt/bowtie-1.2:$PATH
- 保存。source一下：
[root@xxx opt]# source /etc/profile
- 运行是bowtie报错，
[root@xxx bowtie-1.2]# ./bowtie
bowtie-align: error while loading shared libraries: libtbb.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
- 于是安装libtbb。忘了在哪里下载的，这里给出包的名字lib64tbb2-4.3-1.20140724.3.mga5.x86_64.rpm
- 安装命令：
rpm -i lib64tbb2-4.3-1.20140724.3.mga5.x86_64.rpm
然后再次运行，ok，万事大吉！
