能力不足 /  Incompetence

这个世界其实很公平。没什么能力不足的事情。能力不足的机会，你是接触不到的。能抓到机会，就已经说明了你具有得天独厚的资源和能力。剩下的就是咬咬牙，抗住压力，把它做下来。所以，加油！

The world is pretty fair. There is no such thing as incompetence. You will not be able to reach to anything that you are incompetent of.  The fact that you have grabbed the opportunity illustrates the fact that you have a unique set of resources and competence.  So the rest is hang on there, and do your job.  Therefore, try harder.
