User registration and privacy protection service agreement
The "Management account" platform provides services for you through the following terms. Only by fully agreeing to all the following terms of service and completing the registration procedure can you become a user of "Management Account" and use the corresponding services. Before you use the services provided by Management account, you should read the user agreement carefully. In the process of registration, you click the "agree terms, register immediately" button to indicate that you have reached an agreement with "Management account" and fully accept all the terms and conditions under this Terms of Service. Once you use the part-time service every day, you will be deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the terms of this service, including any modifications to the terms of service made by Management Account at any time.
Privacy clause
1. Users may need to fill in or submit some necessary information in the process of registering accounts or using this service, such as the identity information required to fill in in the legal and regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not conform to the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the service or be restricted in the process of using the service.
2. Personal privacy information refers to information related to the user's personal identity or privacy, such as the user's real name, identity card number, mobile phone number, mobile phone device identification number, IP address, user chat record. Non-personal privacy information refers to the user's operation status and usage habits of this service, which are clearly and objectively reflected in the basic record information on the part-time server side every day, other common information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the above-mentioned privacy information that the user agrees to disclose.
Respect for the privacy of users'personal privacy information is a consistent part-time system every day. Management account will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the safety of users' personal privacy information and prevent the leakage, damage or loss of users'personal privacy information collected in this service. In the event of the aforementioned situation or the possibility of the aforementioned situation being found in part-time work every day, remedial measures will be taken in time. Management account does not disclose and disclose personal privacy information to any third party without the consent of the user. Except in the following specific cases: (1) Management account provides users'personal privacy information according to laws and regulations or instructions from authorized authorities; (2) any leakage of personal information, or other non-management information, caused by users informing others of their user passwords or sharing registered accounts and passwords with others. 3. The user agrees that management account can use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters: (1) management account can send important notifications to the user in time, such as software updates, changes in the terms of this agreement; (2) internal audit, data analysis and research of management account to improve the product of management account. (3) Management account management, examination of user information and handling measures in accordance with the agreement; (4) other matters stipulated by laws and regulations shall be applied. Except for the above, Management account will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without the prior consent of the user.
4. In order to improve the technology and service of Management Account and provide users with better service experience, Management Account may collect and use non-personal privacy information of users or provide users to third parties.
Two. User behavior
Users agree that they will not use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following actions: 1.
