花了一整天时间，半精读地读完了Brief history of language teaching部分。速度是有些慢，但是看到自己这做的花花绿绿的标记，还是很有成就感。
睡前我对今日所读内容进行了温故，主要是精读了 The Grammar-Translation Method。文中提到了七条它的标志性特征，虽然有些表现出了局限性，但这个方法仍然在世界范围内被广泛使用。例如，我亲身体验过的我家乡地域的中学英语教学，就是主要使用了这个方法。
因为The Grammar-Translation Method有弊端，所以就会有人革新提出新的方法，这些就是我明天将要继续总结的部分了。
