CHAPTER ONE
My old professor felt something wrong with his body. First, he couldn't dance,which is one of his great hobbies. Gradually, he couldn't walk. After a series of testing, he was informed that he contracted a disease called ALS. He was sad. Why does he get it? How much time will be left for him?
As the disease worsened, little by little he lost his ability to drive, walk freely and teach.Eventually, he will gradually lose his control of his muscle. At the end, if he will be alive, he will be breathing with a tube in his throat and his soul imprisoned in his body.
However, my professor will make the most of his life left and make death his final project. He will study himself and watch himself and learn from himself.
Despite all kinds of treatment, his body continue to weaken. He began to pee with his visitors' help. He had discussion with his them about death, which everyone knows important but without fully understanding it.
After attending his friend's funeral, he felt sorry that those in the funeral said wonderful thing about his friend, but he never got the chance to hear it. So he asked his friends and relatives to hold a living funeral for himself. On the wedding, some laughed and some cried. He said all the heartfelt things he never got the chance to say. The "living funeral" was a great success.
