svn relocate 命令

用cornerStone的时候提交是报错 403

先考虑是不是权限到期，确认权限没有问题之后考虑是svn的问题，在网上查了下，需要relocate。
首先到svn项目根目录下
svn info
查看当前目录的svn地址 url，确认没有问题。
之后命令
svn switch --relocate url url
搞定。
