朋友们，今早突发奇想，想去看看1977年的高考英语作文是啥样的，结果一看真的很有时代氛围。自己也试着翻译了下，基本词汇和语法不难，但是比如一些专有名词公社之类的得查，没办法特殊时代特殊词语和语境呢。

    I‘m a new commune member of HongXing People's Commune.Two years ago I left my home city and came here to settle down. With the help of  the poor and lower middle peasants, I have heightened my political awareness and learned to do many  kinds of farm work.In January this year, I was suggested to teach in primary school by the Party Branch.Thereafter, I have been a Chinese teacher,and I love my work and my students so much.

    For achieveing the great goal of the four modernizations,the Party calls us young people to study science and technolog knowledge.Now,I'm taking the college entrance exam.I hope I could go to college.If so,I will study hard for the revolution and to be a both red and expert person.If not, I will go back to the countryside,and work harder in the three great revolutionary movements.I'll make my all contribution to build our great motherland into a great, modernize and powerful socialist country.

我想当时参加高考的人应该是心情澎湃吧。这文章翻译起来并不容易，毕竟那个时代学习素材太少了，而且都是自己复习的。我们都是经过多年学习去参加高考。翻译过程中，发现不少词汇拼写很陌生了，忘了不少，语法尚在。哎，不学习就会不停退步的。2023年坚持学习，抽时间坚持英文阅读写作，否则对不起自己昔日的学习时光。

致敬艰苦年代还存有希望坚持学习的革命前辈们，致敬伟大的时代建设者们。我最近在追知青文，了解了一下那个年代。以后有机会打算写个知青文。
