Hello everyone, today I would like to introduce a few sample of foam bottles. Here we got PET & PE material foam bottles, with 4 different type of pumps. As I have mentioned in our last video, the material and shape of the bottles are all based on the product positioning and the application. These 2 types of pumps are mostly chosen because they can be used for most of the scenarios like teeth cleaning foam, facial cleansing foam, hand wash etc. and as the general demand of this type of bottles, the supply end always has the back up stock for these bottles. The flat shoulder cylindrical bottle shape had become the classic for decades. However, the prices for this bottle are quite unified from all places. If you wanna put your own brand logo on the bottle, you can either do printing or customized your own sticker. There are pros and cons for both ways and I will explain in the later videos.

This bottle was initially designed for children hand soap, we made the bottle as PE material as PE has more stable chemical properties and it is widely used for sterilization& disinfection products. The foam will become a flowery shape if you put your palm on the pump and press, just like this, then you'll get a flower foam on your hand. This is quite interesting and adds more pleasure to the hand wash process. The pump is almost double price of the normal pump when it was introduced because it has more parts and the production quantity is not as much as the normal ones.

We can match the bottles and pumps as long as they have the same opening size. However, there might be big gaps if you get the bottles and pumps from different places even the opening and thread matches, as the thread distance for bottles and pumps will not always match.
