对于很多考鸭来说，考官Simon应该不是一个陌生的名字。在ielts-simon这个网站上（网站链接：http://ielts-simon.com/），他一直在分享雅思听说读写的各种干货。我自己在进行雅思写作教学中，有很多教学心得都是从他那里获取的。这个专栏的文章，是我将该网站中和雅思写作相关的一切，去粗取精，筛选出干货，希望对正在奋战雅思写作的考生有所帮助。
下面的讲解都是先给出Simon写的原文，再给出解读。
In the second part of the IELTS Academic Writing Test, you have to write 250 words. You should spend 40 minutes on this task. Writing Task 2 is worth more than Task 1, so you need to do it well.
雅思大作文硬性要求1：字数不少于250；
雅思大作文软性要求1：建议用时40分钟
雅思大作文所占分值比小作文高（是小作文的两倍）
For IELTS Writing Task 2, you have to write an essay discussing a topic. You will be given an opinion/ argument, different points of view or a problem to discuss.
雅思大作文硬性要求2: 就一个话题展开写作。（对话题的精准把握是拿高分的基本保证）
题干信息可能以三种方式呈现出来：1) an opinion/argument; 2) different points of view; 3) a problem。
Most students prepare phrases for introducing and linking ideas. However, not many students prepare good ideas and opinions for IELTS topics.
雅思大作文想拿高分，要做好两方面的准备：1) prepare phrases for introducing ideas and linking ideas; 2) prepare good ideas and opinions for IELTS topics.
引申：所有的英语写作考试的备考，都应该包含两部分：不变和变。对于雅思写作来说，phrases for introducing ideas and linking ideas是可以固定下来的。在备考期间，这部分如果有负责任的好老师指导，事半功倍；雅思写作备考中，比较费时间的是prepare good ideas and opinions for IELTS topics，即各类话题相关的思路。关于这一点，Simon考官已经做了整理，想要的同学，可以加hao_writing微信公号，回复“Simon思路”, 即可获得其电子版。
We'll work on these areas:

在这里，Simon考官给出了雅思写作备考过程中要着重努力的三个方面：内容；逻辑；语言。其实也不只是雅思写作。应该说，凡是写作，都必须在这三块多下功夫。
1 内容：即写什么？（对应preparation of ideas, opinions）
2 语言：即怎么写？(对应good vocabulary for each IELTS topic和how to build sentences，以及Common mistakes in grammar and word usage.)
3 逻辑：对应How to structure a good Task 2 essay和how to create coherent paragraphs)
