在使用dotnet publish发布时，遇到PublishProfile的一个问题，如果文件名中有.号，会被忽略，比如，如果使用下面的命令：
dotnet publish ./src/IDS4Admin.STS.Identity/IDS4Admin.STS.Identity.csproj /p:Configuration=Release /p:PublishProfile=FolderProfile3.1
实际上使用的是FolderProfile3，后面的部分被忽略，如果希望使用这个文件，需要增加文件后缀
dotnet publish ./src/IDS4Admin.STS.Identity/IDS4Admin.STS.Identity.csproj /p:Configuration=Release /p:PublishProfile=FolderProfile3.1.pubxml
