tomcat8.x下放了两个项目，不知道为什么启动的时候第一个可以启动起来，第二个就总报错

开始以为是第二个项目有问题，因为启动的时候第一个启动完了，再启动第二个的时候报的，所以开始一直以为是第二个项目数据库连接池有什么问题呢，一直在找第二个

本人的解决办法，网上查了很多都说的是把配置文件中的监听去掉，我都去了最后还是不行，其实只要看日志文件中的localhost.2015-10-27.log就能看到是什么问题了

最后发现原来是第一个项目中web.xml中有个参数配置有问题，修改之后两个项目就顺利都启动起来了
