I am leaving Beijing China soon and looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a cozy room live in 3bd apartment in an old community，between Subway 14 Line Chaoyang Park and 6 Line Jintairaod with amazing environment.
【Traffic】 Bus : a great deal head to CBD, Sanlitun, Solana and Liangmaqiao area. It’s very short walk to subway of line 14 and 6, also Chaoyang Park.
【Neighborhood】
Near Duplex community such as Palm spring, Park Avenue, 3 supermarket( Jenny Lou’s, April Goumet, Jingkelng....etc) A lots restaurant with whole world, laundry, gym, cafe.....etc
【About the room】Around 11-12sqm, including basic furniture and big wardrobe
【Flatmates】2 nice foreigner girls live in Master room and small room. Including a Cat.
And You need to.....
A. English Speaker is a must (Russian is a Plus) If you are also could speak fluent Chinese ( or local can speak fluent English)
B. Pet Lover ( there is a cute little white cat live in Mastroom)
C. If you work around CBD area, this is the best choice.
Rental payment: 2.9k/month, 3 months payment with 2k deposit.
This Room would be available on 17th Jan.
Start to rent on 10th Feb
The contract is only cover til 9th Aug 2019. Only for long term!(Of course the rental can be negotiated.)

小区位于水锥子北里，典型北京的老楼，屋内装修简单，可以自己简单布置。
因个人原因决定回家，决定转租此房。
