The training on this weekend involved 2 sessions where both of them were involved with dribbling and passing mostly.
On the first session we started the training by playing monkey while waiting for other players and we did a warm up that involved physical exercise like running to get the body warm since the weather was cold.

Then we introduced the ball to the players where they had to pass between each other with a precise pass Then we introduced passing from a designated place where the players have to be vigilant to where they set the ball if there is a player and learn how to pass an effective pass.
Then after they played a game that was very good and effective.

On the second session we started an with a warm up with where the coaches were snatching the ball from the kids.

We introduced a technical exercise.Where we started without a ball and when they got used to the exercise we introduced the ball where they had to do it again because it involves dribbling.

then we did passing between 2 players That they get used to the game

The we played 3 vs 3 to see the development of players and see who is performing better then we finished with a stretching as one team.
