#仿例句

Well, that did it. Rowley started blubbering like a baby, and I couldn't quiet him down.

整个一句话中的start blubber like a baby...quiet someone down 是可以套用的,因为在日常生活中比较常见。

【造句】She said that she was thrilled about ghosts. But I do not believe her since her bravery in many dangerous activities. Therefore I played a plank on her to invite her to see a movie whose name was normal. Once seeing the appearance of the ghost, she started blubbering like a baby and gradually screamed louder and louder. Whatever I said, I couldn't quiet her down. I gave up eventually by dragging her out of the cinema.

#Diary

One day in amusement park

I took my two elder cousins to an amusement park yesterday. They were all fired up about this decision. On the way to the entertainment park, they never stopped talking even one second. I was a little embarrassed about their chatting on the bus and tried to quiet them down. Well, I just failed.

After entering into the park, they rushed to recreational facilities, lining up to have fun. I showed little interest on them and wanted to have a rest in the house due to the hot weather. But I can not fool around in the park and leave them alone. I held their back and water bottle as well as bought tickets and food for them all day. Although I was too tired, I was happy for their happiness.
