今天早上去练了瑜伽,不断穿越身体的疼痛,突破自己的承受限制,结束后感觉非常的棒,也许瑜伽是要我们静下来慢下来和自己身体链接最好的方式。
晚上去上了儿子幼儿园宝安安全教育的急救课程,偶然在网络上断断续续有看到这些只是,今天还是第一次非常系统和正规的学习,收益颇多。
