安装tensorflow 成功，但import的时候，Impor

还原问题：

• 环境：window 10 x64 python 3.7
• 安装： pip install tensorflow
  • 成功安装
  • 但是 运行 import tensorflow时候导入模块失败

解决方案

• 安装 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019
• 安装完成重启计算机
