安装Telegraf

下载地址： https://dl.influxdata.com/telegraf/releases/telegraf-1.7.4_windows_amd64.zip

1. 解压
2. 修改url usename password等配置

3. 运行 .\telegraf.exe --config .\telegraf.conf

安装Grafana

访问 http://localhost:3000/ 默认用户名 admin 密码 admin
