Aeroplanes are slowly driving me mad.

1.今天没有时间了不学音标，朗读和复述大概是因为注意力集中所以完成的比较顺利。
2.对照着朗读做停顿和音调的笔记以及听一句学一句是很好的模仿方法。
3.时间仓促是周五就种下的恶果！练了腿拉伸不到位，浑身疼都没有精力。我精力太差了，但这是提高精力必经之路。加油，运动和英语一个不能落下。
4.其实今天还没有调节好自己的情绪，心态不太稳定，我是容易被情绪驾驭的人，生气的时候会很果断。这样不好！
