老师操碎的何止一颗心？！
always face such such students that are poor in english
I accept the fact that everyone has his own strengths and weaknesses. Especially the students who have to learn my subject in their school.
As a teacher , I help other people understand me.
My idea is that I try to be gentle , patient and nice. In this way, those students will not be frightened my English or the English teacher.
I'm sorry to say that I was patient nice and gentle at the beginning of every new school term. As time goes by, my patients runs out.
