So various teams on the Earth have been literally working around clock to put together Project Iris. What is the outcome of this project? And please share your thoughts on it.
Shimmy, caused y a minor fuel mixture imbalance, rattled the payload, and then it was getting stronger and violent, causing the loss of signal of Iris. Vehicle had left visual range and there was no satellite acquisition of signal.
CHAPTER 16
• With the failure of Project Isis, everyone is devastated. But, the show must go on. So the Chinese step in to lend a helping hand. The higher-ups at NASA are presented with two rescue options, one risky, and the other riskier. Who is it that makes the final decision? And how?
it's Mitch who send a maneuver to Hermes and Commander Lewis held a meeting then everyone in Hermes decided to rescue Mark by turning back to Mars and picking him up. they need to first enter the orbit of earth to get booster from Taiyang Shen then fly back to Mars.
CHAPTER 17
• The end is near. Watney is going to Schiaparelli Crater, but not so fast. He first needs to do a shitload of preparation. However, during this process, what fatal mistake does he make?
1.One of his two drills didn't work.
2.He lost connection with Earth because he accidentally led overloaded electricity to the Pathfinder and caused it's death.The nine-thousand current, which was beyond the capacity to Pathfinder plowed through the delicate electronics, frying everything along the way.
CHAPTER 18
• Even with one setback after another, Watney is still fighting to survive. If he is not a tenacious son of a bitch, I truly do not know what he is. Anyway, all the physical labor has taken its toll on Watney's back. What does he do to relieve the pain? And how does he do it?
He took some drugs and decided to have a bath.
1.He loaded up on Vicodin for his back.
2.For making hot water, he drove out the RTG and bought it back to the hab then stored it on the roof of the rover for the trip back and it reallt spread heat.He carefully glued some tubing around the heat baffles. Using a funnel made from a piece of paper, he ran water through the tubing, letting it drain into a sample container, which heated the water.
3. Then, all he needed was a bathtub. He took Johanssen's cot and cut the hammock. Then he draped spare Hab canvas to cover the frame, making a pit inside the cot. Finally, he got a water-tight bathtub.
