《菜根谈》261

理出于易，道不在远

（Out of ease, the way is not far away）

【原文】

禅宗曰：“饥来吃饭倦来眠。”诗旨曰：“眼前景致口头语。”尽极高寓于极平，至难出于易；有意者反远，无心者自近也。

（Dhyana said: " Famine to eatand tired to sleep."The poem said:" the scene verbally."Very high in extremely flat, to difficult in easy; interested is far, unintentional from close.）

【大意】

禅宗有一句佳言：“饿了就吃饭，困了就睡觉。”而作诗的秘诀是：“多多运用眼前景致和俗言谚语。”因为世间极高深的道理，往往是产生于极平凡的事物中；极美的诗是出于无心的真情流露，可见有意者远于理，而无心者近于真。

【学究】

禅宗最生活，但凡所有的呈现都是自然的，无须给予解读，该如何就如何。而写诗就须对眼前的景致焕发情感，此情此景都最具诗意。
