======我很聪明，我也很胆小
我聪明到认识到自我的很多问题，并自学心理学去探究内心的机理；
我聪明到利用环境为自己服务，而不仅仅是适应它；
我聪明到对未知的问题进行概览并结合自身需求去做最合适的决定，快速得到效果；
我聪明到可以认识到很多潜在的威胁，并能在第一时间预防和躲避；
尽管我还有很多未曾经历的危险。。。
------并不妨碍我的自信，也不会让我自己变成失败者；
但是，
这样的一生注定是平庸的一生；
这样的一生总会在深夜和清晨感觉到乏味，抛去浮华，平静散去，你又何曾真正欢愉？
渐渐地，我发现了这样的问题：
在练习形意拳时，我能发力很标准，但是我缺少神，精气神的神，也是形意的意之精髓；
总觉得练习的徒有其表，尽管发力也很大，至少比拳击强太多；
但是，不是滋味，久久令我感到无所适从；
你的眼神是否紧盯前方，是否拥有一往无前的气势，每一次进步和出拳都尽全力，毫无保留；
“宁在一思进，莫在一思停！”
