七夕.独处

I like drinking tea alone, and reading alone.

我喜欢一个人喝茶，一个人读书

I like riding the bus alone, and walking home alone.

我喜欢一个人坐车，一个人走回家

It gives me time to think, and set my mind free.

这让我有时间思考，让思绪奔跑

I like eating alone, and listening to music alone.

我喜欢一个人吃饭，一个人听歌

But when I see a mother with her child

但是当我看到一位母亲带着孩子

A girl with her lover

一个女孩依偎着她的爱人

Or friends laughing with their best friends

或是朋友们和挚友开怀大笑

I realize that even though I like being alone

我才发现，即使我喜欢独处

I don’t fancy being lonely.
