直接拿我的账号举例吧，这个账号质押了10lpt，经过很多天后，得到了1.49的奖励。
解质押在这个页面https://explorer.livepeer.org/transcoders

点unbond

可以看到只能unbond 10lpt，不能unbond 11.49lpt。原因是那1.49lpt还没有claim。
Claim需要到My Account -> Staking页面 点Claim Stake & Fees

Claim之后再去unbond

就可以unbond全部的11.49lpt了。没有实际操作解质押，用另一个账号来截的图。
unbond后staking页面最下方会出现unbonding transactions:

刚解质押后，只能rebond(重新质押)不能withdraw(提取)，需要等7天。
7天后withdraw就可以点了

然后withdraw，lpt就到钱包了。
