1. Why “happiness is a problem?
Happiness is not algorithmic because of our never being satisfied and always being on a hot brick.
2. Why the author invented “Disappointment Panda”? What is it for?
Truth is always harsh and unpleasant, but we still need it. So the author invented such a superhero to do the job.
3. What is the role that emotions play in our life? why they are overrated?
In our life, emotions are signs, telling us to take action or not. However, signs are signs. They are merely suggestions and whether we follow them is a matter of our own decision. Instead of being enslaved by emotions, we should identify our emotions in a wise manner.
4. Why you don’t have chiseled abs? (If you do have, how did you make it?)
Because I have various excuses of not taking action. Today my excuse for not getting up early and going jogging is that my running shoes are yet to arrive. I guess I will receive my running shoes two or three days later, and now I am wondering what excuse I will invent then.

可以轻推具体的东西

一个人的想法 We’re nudging then towards a practical solution.

12. birth 用作动词，有点少见喔

几近贫瘠的甚至还跑偏的，感想！
1. prince 在街上要了几年饭后，发现也并没有得到 the insight he had desired — It was not revealing any deeper mystery of the world or its ultimate purpose.
开始跑偏~捂脸🤦♀️
在街上风餐露宿好几年，结果只是感动了自己。以前自己确实会做类似的事：很苦，很累，我直道，我都直道，但我还是要去做，我要给自己来一次考验，这是有意义的（一副凛然正气脸），但后来发现 it is not necessarily that meaningful.
到这里，我看了看书，又思考了一小小会儿，大概得出了这样一个结论：The formula of happiness is customized. Every one of us is so individulized that the so-called principle of happiness, success, etc. that applies well to one doesn’t necessarily apply well to another. In the past, I mistook others’ approach to success as the golden rule and followed it carefully— even a slight deviation from it makes me disturbed and anxious. But now I come to understand there is no such an almighty way that works for everyone, and the right thing I should do is to stop emulating others and to explore a way that is consistent with my heart.
2. “Life is essentially an endless series of problems，Mark,”
这立马让我想起《这个杀手不太冷》里面的经典台词：
Mathilda： Is life always this hard, or is it just when you're a kid
Léon： Always like this.

此外，我还想到的就是：矛盾无时不有，无处不在。
