女神节的前天下午，哥十二点到了上海华东师大考点。十二点半，负责本次项目的美女Lisa老师给候考人讲解了这个项目的相关情况，赢得了大家热烈的掌声。
成就你我出国教学梦！
第一部分：中文小组面试
五个人一组，就哥一男的，四位女神。入场前在走廊里，哥就说老师问问题，女神们先说，因为怕不让重复别人的观点，哥够爷们吧！
先看了两段教学视频，第一段显然是一个菜鸟老师在用中国式教学方式来教美国孩子，女神们表达了各自观点，保哥最后总结女神们观点并做出肯定，谈了自己的看法。
第二个视频中的老师看起来已经懂了一些国外教书的套路了。然后哥被老师点名，哥就说这位老师看起来已经至少有半年的教学经验了，谈了他的优缺点，后面的女神们做了详细的补充和肯定。
总体看，我们小组的人比较团结，又有自己的看法，肯定他人，又不忽视自我。比如哥就在这二十几分钟里记住了女神们的名字，分别是：小美，小慧，静，还有王女神。可以吧！

第二部分：美方面试
一进门哥就被热情罩住了，走错了吗？这哪儿是考试啊，丝毫严肃没有，分明像是到了美国亲戚家。热情的握手，自我介绍，但还是内心紧张，俩真真切切的美女愣是没记住名字。打脸！！！
考官热情的拉着你来到两张地图前，一张美国地图，一张中国地图。俩美女亲切的介绍了自己来自什么州，问我知道吗？说真的真不知道，如果是汉语地图还知道，全英文版，一脸懵圈。寒暄两句：重复她们的地名，说：I think your
hometown are very very beautiful,yes?美女们：Yeah,yeah,yeah！（此处是化解尴尬癌的技巧哦亲！）
然后，美女问我的老家。我就指着邯郸说：I came from here,Handan,Heibe province.About 500KM from Beijing,1000KM from Shanghai。然后就坐下开始深聊。
自我介绍：
Hello good afternoon！I'm very happy sitting here for the interview of GTP.My name is Huo blabla,you can call me Huo,My foreign colleagues always call me Huo my family name.
I'm 36 years old I came from hebei province,I lived in the countryside. Um,I am a professional chinese teacher for fifteen years.
At the beginning 2000, I was a middle school teacher in a middle school, I teach there for six years.Then I quit my job went to Hebei Normal University for my Master Degree.
I studied there for two years then went to Thailand as the chinese teacher volunteer,I teached there for one year in 2008.Then I went to Indonesia as a chinese teacher in 2009 , I teach the senior high school for three years.
I'm very proud of my working,the 12 students in the chinese language class,I teached in the Indonesia.Eight of them went to study to Chinese university for their Bachelor Degree,And one named Cindy for the master degree in Beijing language University.
And the other four in the Indonesia for working about chinese, one named Ellen worked in the embassy of China in Indonesia. I backed to China in 2012,My wife and I set up a kindgarten,she is the team leader and I am the boss.
Now this year I want to go America for teaching Chinese,cause teaching the America is a most important parts of my teaching dream,I must realize my dream ,thank you!
俩美女很高兴，不住地点头，可见美国人对他人的尊重也很有礼仪的。
俩美女老师，一个侧重于问，一个侧重于记录考评。然后问我家人同意吗？我说同意，不过也经过了很多劝说。
然后就是教学方面的问题，第一个把哥搞懵圈了，连问了俩Pardon，还是没闹懂，为了缓和尴尬癌，就直说Sorry，I am nervous.吸口气，又说了两句:Calm down！
美女考官就哈哈笑，然后做记录的考官就换了一种说法，大致是孩子水平不一样，怎么办？这就So easily了嘛！然后就说要寻找到Middle level，然后给low点的和hight点的一些Special working or homework。
下一个问题是孩子不听你的讲课，怎么办？
All the student listening to my class in the past four years inteaching abroad，they are always enjoying my class。
How did you do that?
（技术贴哦）答：Always.At the beginning of my class I will send the students a list paper on the question What or wich they are interested in China or Chinese,also in other subjects like big stars,sports who they like. I allways make sure that I am very clear that every students' interesting.
The second step is that arranging my chinese teaching material in their interesting，so the student always like my class.
然后就问我喜欢城市还是农村？我说我喜欢郊区,因为大理会的项目Lisa老师说基本都在郊区或农村，不过说真的，我确实很喜欢郊区的，因为我现在就住在乡下。
然后问我有没有驾照？
I said that you got an experienced driver，汉语就是你们逮到了一个老司机。Whatever a van, a car or a truck I can drive it smoothly.不管小面小轿还是小卡车，哥都玩得很溜。
How long time you got the driver's license?
More than two years,but I driving for about ten years.然后一耸肩，一吐舌头。
大家都哈哈大笑。
面试的气氛非常好。
完了，Do you have any question？
Yes I have.
Please!:
Oh,Do you mind talk about something about your new president Donald Trump?然后两个老师对视一笑，哈哈哈哈哈。
哥就接着说：You know your new president Donald Trump always on the headline on BBC or CNN for two or three months yeah?Did a series of surprising to the world,yeah?haha?
然后两个考官笑着一致说：He is new!考官也一定知道他们的川普宝宝做了很多不好言述的事情，哈哈。
面试就在愉快的氛围中结束了。要走了，其中一个考官非要给我拍一张照片，我就稳稳的站着，配合考官，面带微笑，留下贱影，哈哈！最后，面带微笑，告别考官，大方走出教室。
