Win10 anaconda 创建虚拟环境报错 CondaHTT

• 使用anaconda，配置清华源，使用时报错CondaHTTPError；

• 使用网上改配置，删除defaults等等均没解决问题
  最后看到这篇conda 创建虚拟环境报错
  尝试安装Win64 OpenSSL v1.1.1L Light
