香辣虾
配料:
鲜虾 红壤红薯 有机花菜 黄瓜 葱姜蒜 干红椒 花椒 香辣酱 香菜 熟白芝麻

1.红薯削皮,切宽长条,黄瓜同样,有机花菜洗净掰小朵,虾开背去虾线

2.用咱的长柄小锅(省油),油热七成热,放入红薯条炸金黄(可用筷子扎一下,能扎动就可以了)
红薯炸完,接着炸虾,变红色就可以了
3.取平底炒锅,开中小火凉锅凉油(可用炸过虾的油),放入葱姜蒜,干红椒,花椒,炒出香味放入香辣酱炒出红色,放入虾和红薯翻炒均匀倒入有机花菜,适量生抽和少量水,盖锅盖见蒸汽,打开锅盖倒入黄瓜,关火把黄瓜翻匀,撒上白芝麻,装盘点缀[OK]
