要想让孩子们对你的学科从被动变主动，我觉得学科魅力和学生鼓励是起到最大作用的。今天上课前，借马欧老师的一小段英语视频《Dream It Possible》,在4班和3班为学生们鼓劲加油！歌词里面的几句话给我感触颇深： The past is everything we were don't make us who we are历史决定曾经但并不能决定现在的你我So I'll dream until I make it real and all I see is stars所以我会不懈梦想直到梦成真直到窥见漫天星光It's not until you fall that you fly不再畏惧跌倒直到你展翅高飞的那一刻When your dreams come alive you're unstoppable当梦想成真你便无可阻挡
看着视频中的小姑娘，从一个在家中受家人瞩目，全家以她为中心，以她为傲的钢琴手，到学校受到音乐老师的差评，再到音乐盛典的蜕变，一次一次的努力，一次一次的攀登，就像我们的人生一样，当你走向更大的舞台，身边优秀的人越来越多，那我们只要坚信“努力不放弃”，那就会“问心无愧”，这坚毅的生活信念不就是我们每个人所缺的吗？期末到了，我们所有的老师都忙着复习，忙着提高学生的学科成绩，却常常忽视了最重要的一点——那就是我们要做个不一样的学校，我们要做一名不一样的老师。不仅要“言于表”，更要“践于行”。要主动有意识的关注不同的评价体系，让班里的每个孩子都能自信的学习和生活，借自己的优势来努力提高自己的弱势。每个人喜好不同，因此时间着重各有不同，如果我们花了心思，花了时间，又努力了，怎能有不“厚积薄发”的时刻！学科魅力靠老师优化课堂，而学生鼓励同等重要！这两天我一直在努力地将3班之前落下的2节课，补上来，后来发现，师生都是苦不堪言，学生负担重，老师也着急，却突然发现自己忽视了最重要的东西。今天豁然开朗，及时悬崖勒马，做了调整，给了孩子们自信与快乐，课堂上的积极性一下子提高了不少，也越来越多的孩子们愿意挤出时间来挑战难题。山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村！自勉！
