基础英语口语：I used to + (verb)

'Used to' expresses something that was done in the past, and is not usually done now.

Used to用来表达一些过去做过的事儿，但现在不经常做了。

Here are some examples:

"I used to develop websites."我曾经开发过网站。

"I used to jog every day."我曾经每天散步。

"I used to paint."我以前会画画。

"I used to smoke."我以前抽烟。

"I used to work from home."我以前可以在家办公。

"I used to live in California."我以前住在加利福尼亚。

"I used to go to the beach every day."我以前天天去海边。
