GATK HaplotypeCaller index 踩坑

A USER ERROR has occurred: Fasta dict file does not exist.

踩坑，跑HaplotypeCaller的时候报错不存在dict文件，我看我也index了也dict了，文件也有了怎么说我没有呢。

原来这个dict 文件要命名为 reference.dict，而不是reference.fasta.dict。和之前samtools的那一步不一样。
