We all treat that, every coin has two sides, as a commen sense, espicially in today's  sociaty, in which everything is conected with internet. It is tempting to believe that the cyber faciliate the social communication and make your work more efficient. Meanwhile, on the controversy of computer security sparked calls for  managing kinds of risk---from gorvenment regulation to the use of legal liability and insurance to create incentives for safer behavior. A firm that takes reasonable steps to make things safe, but which is still compromised nevertheless, because such weakness is compound with the history of internet, in which security is an afterthought. Now that the consequences are known, and the risks posed by  bugs and hacking are large and growing, people are taking the cyber security more seriously day by day, there is no excuse for repeating the mistake. But changing the attitude and behavior require more ecnomic tools, not just technical ones.

Away from the tangible harm, people's health is worst served by internet that fasten everyone,especially young person, to a small mobile phone's screen for a long time, that will not only blind your eyes  but also pose a potencial threat to the safety of  life. For example a rough calculation shows that many traffic accidents are caused by driving while using the phone.So setting a regular moral guide will only get you so far,and government must came down hard with rules on  the use of smart phone regardless of time and place. Firstly oblige people to drop the phone in classroom or cab, then, eventurally they learned the meaning of respect.
