To replace somethings means to put something else in its place.

When something gets old and begins to break down, it may needs to be replaced.

Question:The person who replace someone is the person's replacement.

To tear something down means to break it apart.

To tear a person down means to hurt them by saying negative things about them.

To construct something means to built it or put it together.

Large construction projects include buildings,bridges and organizations.

The opposite of constructive is destructive.

To organize something means to arrange things in an orderly, logical way.

disorganized  adj.计划不周的; 缺乏组织的; 杂乱无章的;

A organization is something that has a logical structue such as a well- managed company.

Question:they are too disorganized to get anything done on time.

To support something such as an idea is to help add strength to it.

The opposite of support is to undermine or weaken.

undermine v 逐渐削弱(信心、权威等); 使逐步减少效力; 从根基处破坏; 挖…的墙脚;

weaken   v. (使) 虚弱，衰弱; 减弱; 削弱; 使(肯定程度)减弱; 动摇; 犹豫;

Question:To work against someone means to undermine them ,or make them less effecticve.
