国庆假期,沉迷烘焙,无法自拔......每逢佳节胖三斤(不止!!)的另一种方式~想做芝士布朗尼很久了,这次终于动手了!这款黑白分明的蛋糕,上层是厚重的乳酪、下层有浓醇的巧克力,还有蔓越莓的酸甜与核桃的香气弥漫唇齿,真是味蕾的双重享受,哈哈!!
用料:
布朗尼材料
低筋面粉 45g
黑巧克力 50g
黄油 50g
砂糖 20g
鸡蛋 1个
烤熟核桃碎 适量
芝士糊材料
奶油奶酪 200g
无糖酸奶 65g
鸡蛋 1只
砂糖 40g
蔓越莓干 适量
步骤:
1、准备材料:鸡蛋要回温,奶油奶酪提前软化,蔓越莓温水泡软后,吸干水份,切碎备用;

2、黄油和巧克力一起隔水融化,再加入砂糖,搅拌至白糖融化;

3、在黄油巧克力混合液晾凉后,加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀;

4、筛入低筋面粉,翻拌至均匀顺滑、无干粉无颗粒;

5、拌入核桃碎(可不加);

6、倒入模具,抹平表面,180℃,烘烤10分钟;

7、这时候将软化的奶酪加糖,用打蛋器打至顺滑无颗粒;

8、加入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀;

9、倒入酸奶,混合均匀;

10、拌入蔓越莓碎(可不加);

11、将制作好的芝士糊直接倒在布朗尼上面(因为我用磅蛋糕的模具有点小,所以芝士糊多出来一部分用别的模具分装,避免浪费,这个方子正常是用6寸圆蛋糕模);

12、烤箱调到160℃,烘烤35分钟至表面呈浅焦黄色即可,我喜欢深色些,所以多烤了五分钟;

13、出炉晾凉后再脱模,脱模后包好放冰箱冷藏;
