·了解何时该独思自主，何时该团队合作。

·与同仁分享你的主意与工具，信任他们。

·不玩政治，杜绝官僚作风。（这在车库里本就很可笑）

·由客户来决定你的工作是否做得很好。

·激进的创见不一定是馊主意。

·创造不同的工作方法。

·每天要有贡献。如果你当天成果没有贡献，就不应该离开车库。

·相信团队合作可以万事皆成。

Share — tools, ideas. Trust your colleagues.

No politics. No bureaucracy. (These are ridiculous in a garage.)

Radical ideas are not bad ideas.
