1）嘴微微张开，嘴唇放松，舌身平放。
2）舌中部伸向硬颚，不要与之接触。
3）口部肌肉和舌头放松，震动声带，气流向外发出/ə/音。
注意：/ə/是中央、不圆唇、非重读元音。

练习感悟：

2、短音还是不能读的原音一样的跳跃感，总是有些拖拉，或者是降调的时候降到底。
3、今天有些烦躁，不想一个一个读，原因在哪，是觉得进步不够吗，太慢了吗。急啥，别急。别跟别人比，没有什么怀才不遇，是无才才无成。要练的还有很多，没有时间焦虑。
