正常起床,睡觉还是晚了,睡得不安稳。。it was late to go the bed and can not sleep well, because i am still unaccustomed to sleep with others in a single bed....
sleep time:11:20—7:30, sleep bed;
breafast: oatmeal with egg,seame,sweet potato, ginger water
lunch: vegetables,beef pellet and noodles.
dinner:焖羊肉,莲藕,青菜和米饭
喝水量:1100ml
反思:喝水量少,早上去做测试题了(英文班的);晚上喝水少。
