陈添记鱼皮

Fresh  water  fish skin is boiled.

淡水鱼皮放在水里煮

And mixed into a salad bowl full of soy sauce.

然后拌入有满酱油的盘子里

Onions.

加点洋葱

Cilantro.

加点香菜

Dinger.

加点姜

Sprinkle some sesame and peanuts on there.

撒上一些芝麻和花生

BOOM！

Fish skin.

鱼皮就完成了

It's like  slimy and crunchy at the same time.

就好像又滑又爽脆

And there is a strong sesama flavor in there.

还有很浓的芝麻味在里面
