From the first financial reimbursement to the second, third and even later projects that my tutor is not familiar with, I can basically handle them by myself.Gradually, I found that in order to improve the efficiency of work, the control of time nodes（节点） is very important. We can avoid the time-consuming situation of queuing（排队） by grasping（抓取） the time point of handling affairs. 

Our school's financial affairs are usually reimbursed at 9:30-11:30 am., 2:00-4:30 pm. So, I will choose to deal with things in these time periods.When I reimburses the finance, first needs to check whether the reimbursed material is complete and qualified, but these work are basically completed by the student.The basic materials can be checked and approved when reimbursement is made in the first two months. In the third month, a group of students changed their posts. If there was a student  who was responsible for auditing（审计）, she would be very strict. She had to ask for the teacher's handwritten signature（签名）, and the official seal（单位公章） could not pass.This means that I have to sign my tutor's autograph（亲笔签名） for every reimbursement, but the tutor doesn't have to be at school every day, so I need to spend extra time on signing.At that time, I told the student  that we had dealt with it like this before, and the finance could be passed.I clearly remember that the student elder  said to me, I just can't do it. If it was like this before, I will return it to you.

If you don't think about this sentence carefully, some students who are reimbursed may be scared, or they really need to go back and forth（adv:自此之后） to ask for their tutor's signature every time, which will inevitably （不可避免的）lead to inefficient work.At that time, I stood there and thought for a few minutes.Firstly, the financial reimbursement system of the previous  shows that all reimbursements have passed and the funds are in place, indicating that the process and method of doing things before are feasible.Secondly, why there is a totally different situation in sister elder？ On the one hand, there may be some requirements from the financial side; on the other hand, in fact, the financial processing is not very strict in this area. The degree of control is in the hands of audit students. That is to say, as long as it is in line with the most basic process, there is no big problem in reimbursement finance.

After the analysis, I have come to the conclusion that this elder student  is more strict in all aspects than the students who worked before, but this strictness is completely unnecessary in some places and will not have much impact on the final audit results.After thinking about it in my mind, I didn't listen to the audit student, but put the reimbursement form in the audit file box.This is not the end of the matter. I also printed a separate（单独的） reimbursement form and brought it to my tutor for signature the next day.On the one hand, although I made that judgment, I was not 100% sure that it would work when I met this situation for the first time. On the other hand, if the financial department doesn't pass then, the signed one will be used as a backup and can be handed it  in time, so you don't have to wait for the problem to appear, and then go to the tutor for signature.After that, I will tell the tutor these things in detail; then, I will make clear my handling plan and the reason for doing so. Then back up the signed reimbursement form to prevent errors.Thinking that if my original analysis is correct, that attempt can improve my efficiency in dealing with things in the future; if it is not successful, I also have a backup.On the other hand, if I had done it according to my elder student's words, I would not know if it was really necessary. 

Then every time I reimbursed for financial work, the time needed for energy and time would be greatly increased.
