Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property的解决方案。
这是个新应用，第一次上传不知道怎么滴就造成了侵权，APP名字很长不可能100%跟别人重复，logo是我自己设计的，🍎的回复也是模棱两可只能靠自己去猜。还好🍎大大热情的回复了我的邮件最终成功上线。以下是我跟🍎大大的邮件往来记录，记个随笔也希望能帮到某些人：

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:
1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata.
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used
Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.
Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time. If at any time we discover that this app is in violation of these guidelines, the app will be rejected and removed from the App Store, and it may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account.
Should you choose to resubmit this app without confirming this app’s compliance, the next submission of this app will still require a longer review time. Additionally, this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until we have received your confirmation.
Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property
Your app contains content that may infringe upon rights owned by Ravensburger Digital GmbH. Ravensburger objects to apps available in Germany that use the mark, Memory, in the app name, subtitle, icon, screenshots, or previews.
Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
Alternatively, please make necessary changes to your app so that it does not infringe upon the rights of Ravensburger Digital GmbH:
- Remove the third-party mark from your app name, subtitle, app icon, screenshots, and previews.
or
- Remove your app from the territories where Memory is a protected mark.

Thank you for your email. According to your feedback, I did a serious test.
1. Regarding "Guideline 5.2.1", this is my personal development software. I didn't learn from other software. I don't know "Ravensburger Digital GmbH. Ravensburger". In the app name, subtitle, icon, screenshots or previews, I don't know which infringes other people's rights. It would be best if you could tell me clearly, otherwise I'll change the name and icon according to my guess.
2. With regard to "Guideline 2.1", and my careful examination, I did not find any violations of the content (on "Guideline 5.2.1" has been explained above), I can guarantee that my program is the original creation.

2、关于“Guideline 2.1”，同过我的认真检查，我没有发现有违规的内容(关于“Guideline 5.2.1”的问题已经在上面说明过)，我可以保证我的程序是原创作品。

回复的内容和上一次一样，并没有明确指出哪里侵权了，不过倒是说出是侵权了德国(Germany)的某个应用。于是我在APP的销售区域中移除了德国，保存-->回复邮件（不需要提交审核）:⬇️
