      Yesterday we learned self-serving bias, which is the biggest evil barrier in the gamble. If winning or losing involves great benefits, your emotions may be so strong that you simple can’t face reality objectively. Professional poker circles refers to the process of overcoming psychological barriers and facing decisions and results objectively as Truthseek. The most effective method is perspective taking. It needs three like-minded people to form a truthseek group to double-play your game. This will help you to summarize his successful experience. Then the next time you fail, you can imagine that it’s actually someone else’s  failure, you’re more likely to learn the lessons.   

      昨天我們學習了自利性偏差，它是賭局中最大的情緒魔障。如果輸贏涉及到很大的利益，你的感情會强烈到讓你根本沒法客觀面對現實的程度。職業撲克圈把克服心理魔障，宏觀面對決策和結果的過程。稱爲“追求真理（truthseek）”。最有效的方法是轉換視角（perspective taking）。這個辦法是找三個和你志同道合的人，組成一個追求真理小組來復盤你的局。這有利於你幫他總結成功的經驗。然後下一次你失敗了，你也可以想象這是別人的失敗，你就更容易總結失敗的教訓。
