Setting->System Setting->HTTP Proxy->Auto-detect proxy settings

Failed to resolve: com.github.bumptech.glide:glide:3.7.0

蛋疼地Gradle，不知道是不是Bug。
最终在android-studio中文社区一个不太相关的答案，
解决了标题所述问题：
尝试更改settings - gradle(直接搜索offline定位更快找到)-将offlinework勾选
sync一次失败 - 点击disable offlinework ... - OK
