Could not download protobuf-java

Error:Could not download protobuf-java.jar (com.google.protobuf:protobuf-java:3.0.0): No cached vers

正确的做法是：
配置一下整个项目的build.gradle,注意这里不是单个Moudle的build.gradle
是在工作空间中央仓库那里加个网址就可以了

   jcenter() {
            url "http://jcenter.bintray.com/"
        }

我之前只有jcenter（），没加那个网站，不行！加了这个就可以了。
