看完这一章意识到在学习一门新技能时，往往会在自觉已经掌握好后就不再练习，殊不知之前获得的automated abilities会因为停止练习而退化，就像自己之前练习口语的那段时间感觉口腔肌肉已经有记忆后就开始断了练习，慢慢觉得口腔又开始僵硬了
